Not a good Kindle choice
This is a very good treatment of Vista, and in the paperback version I have found it helpful. The Kindle version, however, does not handle the illustrations well.

I see in the paper today that the first ‘major security flaw’ was discovered in Vista. It sounds like it must be a real operating system after all.
