Call tech support and ask them for the username and password. Once you connect to the router you can find the passphrase or key. (Assuming you have a wireless router. Verizon supplies both wired and wireless. If yours is the little black box with no antenna you don’t have wireless, so you don’t have any passphrase or key.)
